Problems of punishment for the minors according to their age and gravity of the committed crime

The article dealths with law enforcement practice concerning criminal cases of juvenile crimes. The special attention is given to questions of punishment for minors according to gravity of the committed crime, age of the criminal. The author systematizes and analyses the basic errors made by courts when they punish minors; variants of interpretation corresponding rules of criminal law are offered.
