Problems of normative and legal regulation and ensuring legality while carrying out repeated operational search actions in performing tasks of operational search activity

Problems of normative and legal regulation of carrying out operational search actions for repeated documentation of illegal activities of persons engaged in illegal operations with items and substances that are prohibited or restricted for circulation (drugs, weapons), as well as problems of ensuring legality in such cases are considered in the article. The legislative and departmental normative legal acts of the bodies engaged in carrying out operational search activities are studied and critically evaluated. Some proposals for changing and amending them are made by the author.
