Problems regulatory appeals of citizens, groups of citizens and organizations

The article investigates characteristics of certain types of regulatory appeals allocated depending on the subject-initiator will. Analyze not only the traditional individual and collective appeals, as well as “new” treatment organizations, originally appeared in the legal position of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and subsequently legalized by the Federal Law “On the order of consideration of citizens of the Russian Federation.” The author’s concepts of these types of applications.
