Problems of labor rating in agriculture due to technological modernization

This paper examines the problems of labor regulation in agriculture in the context of technological modernization. The difficulties associated with the lack of up-to-date data, the specifics of agriculture, the lack of a unified standardization methodology, the influence of the human factor and the need to adapt to new technologies are analyzed. Methodological recommendations are offered for the development of new approaches to standardization, training of specialists and the creation of an effective labor standardization system that will help increase productivity and improve working conditions in agriculture.
