Problems of asserting security in East Asia

In the article the author describes the problems of Asserting Security in East Asia, which is transforming today into Regional and Global Power. Events in East Asia influence on Secure and Stable development of the whole world. Also these researches are important for «east vector» of Russian foreign policy. The author draws the Conclusion that Russia can shift to a new level of interactions with the West - the level of Strategic Cooperation - only if it rests upon widening relations with the East.
