Problems of ensuring effective employment of students in the Sverdlovsk region

This article examines the problems of employment of students after receiving higher education. The situation is considered in the Sverdlovsk region. The study analyzed statistical data, conducted a survey and compared statistical data with the same indicators in other countries. The author offers recommendations: an analysis of the lack of personnel by the state and close cooperation between potential employers and educational institutions.
