The problems of ensuring environmental and economic security while implementing state policy

The article shows the role and importance of legal strategies for the formation and development of state environmental policy; the authors review its relationship with economic and environmental security. Based on the analysis of the provisions of strategic planning documents upon different criteria - target figures, objectives, threats, and implementation mechanisms the authors reveal some inconsistency in the definition of these concepts. The authors identify the signs of environmental danger and threats. The authors prove the necessity of a systematic legal regulation of relations in the field of environmental and economic development based on the batch principle of adopting and improving legal acts.
