Fire safety problems in the framework of implementation of the municipal target program

In the article the results of the analysis of implementation of the municipal target program on protection of the population and the territory from emergency situations and ensuring fire safety in Taganrog are resulted. It is established that insufficient funding is one of the main problems. It is shown that coordination of actions of municipal and Federal services in the field of fire safety is necessary, and carrying out actions for support of voluntary fire protection and formation of voluntary fire brigades can be recommended.
