The methodological framework includes a systems approach, comparative analysis of income management models, and economic-managerial methods for assessing financial sustainability. The study reveals market, organizational, staffing, regulatory, and financial factors that negatively affect the revenue performance of educational institutions. The structure of funding sources and pricing specifics is analyzed, and the influence of marketing strategy and management quality on financial outcomes is determined. It is established that diversification of educational products, development of EdTech solutions, enhancement of marketing, and implementation of project and strategic management are essential conditions for strengthening financial sustainability. The results can be used in developing income management models and shaping development strategies for private educational organizations.
