Problems of providing social infrastructure in the implementation of integrated development of the territory

This article analyzes ways to solve the problem of providing territories subject to integrated development with social, communal, and transport infrastructure facilities. Recent initiatives aimed at consideration by the State Duma are being considered, as well as the risks of adopting these bills from the point of view of implementing integrated development projects by private investors are being assessed. The resulting problem of balancing the implementation of construction projects and their proportionate provision of social facilities has been identified.
