Problems of social standards of living quality maintenance (in case of Khabarovsk area)

The article reveals problems of fiscal policy observance of social standards of living in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The socio-economic and spatial factors of inefficient budget spending in the provision of social services in case of the Khabarovsk Krai in the context of its municipal entities are analyzed. Measures to optimize budget expenditures with simultaneous elimination of violations by ensuring social standards of living in the regions are proposed.
