Problems of ensuring housing rights of spouses

The article is devoted to analyzing of problems associated with the housing rights of the spouse of an owner of premises. The author reveals the current problems of protecting the interests of surviving spouse, former spouse, «de facto spouse», and suggests ways for their solution.
