Problems of foreign students’ training in speech recognition and note-taking of lectures on the future occupation topics in technical universities of Russia

The article is devoted to the problem of training of foreign students majoring in technical disciplines in the Russian universities to recognize speech and to take notes of the academic information in the context of the future occupation. The author considers the basic rules and the exercises aimed at the successful mastering of the speech recognition and the note-taking skills by the foreign students.
