Problems of evaluation of state small business programmes in today's Russia

The criteria and indicators for evaluating the state small business development programmes have been analyzed. Some aspects of normative legal regulation of state programmes evaluation have been considered. The major limitations associated with the assessment of the effectiveness of the state programmes for small business development have been presented.
