Evaluation and commercialization of results of intellectual activities aerospace complex

The authors consider the problem of assessment and management of intellectual property activities of enterprises of aerospace industry. Identified the main risks arising from the introduction of intellectual property rights of enterprises in the economic turnover. Solution to the problem illustrated by the activities of company «Zvezda», analyzed the options for its relationship with one of the leading Russian aircraft holding in the development of radically new life-support systems of modern aircraft.
