Problems assessing the effectiveness of the public service system

The article examines the problems of assessing the effectiveness of the public service system. The author concludes that at the present stage there is still insufficient research in the field of personnel management in government agencies and organizations, which allow theoretically to justify the relevant practice and develop comprehensive approaches to personnel management, as each government organization has its own characteristics, which exist in the same way in regional governance structures.
