Problems of estimation of cadastral value of land plots on the example of sites under gas station in Tyumen

The article is devoted to the cadastral value of land plots and the problems associated with its calculation, since its results have a great influence on taxation and, as a consequence, on the economy of the municipality in whose territory the tax is paid.
