Problems of assessment of intellectual property objects in bankruptcy procedures

The article examines the problems of intellectual property rights realization in the bankruptcy process, pays special attention to the difficulties associated with estimating the value of intellectual property objects caused by difficulties in determining the market value of intellectual property due to the uniqueness and immaterial nature of such objects, the transfer of rights to a new owner and legal obstacles in the re-registration of individual objects related to the provision of legal protection and preserving commercial value for the new owner, as well as the need to comply with formalities and comply with legal requirements.
