Problems of risk assessment in investment projects

The article considers aspects of risk assessment and their impact on the efficiency of investment projects. The actuality of the problems is emphasized under the conditions of the modern economy. A classification of the main risks in project management was carried out. The key problems that the project manager faces during the work on the implementation and completion of the investment project are highlighted. The main and most popular shortcomings of the efficiency criteria for the implementation of investment projects are considered. Analogous shortcomings and problems of quantitative methods for evaluating investment projects are analyzed. In conclusion, the authors estimate the probability of solving this problem by domestic enterprises.
