The issues of protecting reproductive rights

In the article the different points of view on human rights of reproduction are analyzed. It justifies the need to protect reproductive health. The number of cases of the use of assisted reproductive technologies in Russia is increasing every year.. Legislation governing legal relations in this area needs detailed elaboration and development. A review of foreign legislation on the criminal law protection of human reproductive functions is presented. An attempt is made to determine the list of crimes against human rights of reproduction.
