Problems of implementation of paid medical services by state and municipal institutions of health

This article discusses the main problems associated with the functioning of medical institutions for the provision of paid medical services and the main regulations governing the provision of medical services on a reimbursable basis; The article is devoted to the analysis of the features of the legal regulation of the provision of paid medical services in state and municipal healthcare institutions in Russia. The authors paid attention to the consideration of the place of paid services provided in the institutions of state and municipal health care systems in the structure of financing of medical care.
