Problems of defining personal legal position in the legal consciousness structure

In article the place of legal installation of a person among other component element of legal consciousness is defined. Legal installation is regarded as a specific and relatively independent element of legal consciousness of a person. It is marked that installation as a psychological phenomenon defines attitude towards surrounding reality. Being the most important structural element of legal consciousness along with motivation, goals and interests it plays an essential role in adoption of legal information entering legal consciousness.
