Problems of determining the concept of corruption and types of responsibility for it

The seriousness of the threat of corruption is recognized by all states of the world, as was stated in the UN Convention against Corruption in 2003, but in Russia this problem has become one of the most significant, hindering technological, innovative and social development. The article defines the concept and types of corruption, formulated proposals for improving anti-corruption legislation.
