Problems of determining the common property of an apartment complex: legal aspect

The institute of the apartment complex management is a key component of the housing sector that serves the purpose of creating safe and favourable living conditions for citizens. Reliability and safety of the entire building, well-being and comfort conditions, guarantees of tenants’ life and health depend on the condition of the common property. The purpose is to analyse the legal regime of the apartment complex common property, to identify problems of law enforcement practice, to consider the issues of reconstruction of common use premises and the admissibility of changing the common property.
