Problems of determining of costs of equipments, furniture and inventories as a part of the estimated payments and budgeting as well as a part of certificates of completion

This article is devoted to the determining the cost of the equipment in the construction cost documents and certificates of completion. The authors investigate the current mechanism of including acquisition costs of equipments, furniture and inventories in the estimated calculations as well as the problems faced by investors and contractors at the bringing on certificates of completion. The article gives some recommendations for improving the mechanism of the Federal Law № 94-FZ in the placement of order on the construction, reconstruction, major overhaul of capital construction projects.
