Problems of determining the terms of sustainable contracts

The author examines the issues associated with concluding sustainable contracts taking into account provisions on sustainable development (ESG). He analyzes the wording of such contracts in order to determine the place of ESG clauses in them. He concludes that a sustainable contract should be defined as an agreement that helps reduce risks in the economic, environmental and social spheres to ensure the rights and interests of current and future generations, and ESG clauses should be defined as additional.
