Problems of optimizing personnel costs

The article analyzes the problems of optimizing expenses in relation to personnel, which are unacceptable to reduce only to reduce the staff; the need to use the latest technologies of personnel management in the circumstances of the socio-financial specifics of the current domestic community is justified; use "soft" methods of optimization, but also unknown classifications and methods of productive use apart from the economic, but also other improving conditions, with the aim of optimizing staff performance, while motivating staff to work well as high-quality analysis of the results of work is one of not many conditions.
