Problems of organizing public control in the Russian Federation

The article analyzes: scientific literature and current legislation. This analysis helped to identify some problems of the organization of public control in the Russian Federation. The analysis showed that these problems impede the formation and implementation of public control over the activities of authorities. Possible solutions to identified problems in the field of public control are identified. The solution of these problems will help to achieve observance of human rights and freedoms and will increase the efficiency and transparency of the activities of public authorities.
