Support and development of gifted children today means caring for development of science, culture and social life of the society tomorrow. At present in Russia there is no awareness of the national idea of development and claim for young talents. Work with them is of local and fragmentary character, there is no integral system encouraging pedagogues to support and develop talent in every child. The author points to procrastination of our pedagogics. In order to shift from the ”spotted” to an integral system – identification, continuous social and pedagogic attendance and support of gifted children – social request is necessary together with permanent monitoring and assistance by the State
