Problems of organization personnel selection in state and municipal service

The authors of the article consider the problems faced by the domestic practice of personnel selection for the state municipal service, as well as the main tasks and their alternative solutions associated with the optimization of personnel work at the level of the municipality. The study focuses on the main factors that act as demotivating in the structure of management personnel, the main directions of improving the selection of the civil service.
