Problems of organization of real sector enterprises' cost management and the ways of their solutions

In this article provides the typical problems of cost management at enterprises at the present stage. These problems were highlighted in terms of the implementation of basic management functions: planning, accounting, control and analysis of costs. The result was the proposed main ways of solving the identified issues.
