Problems of legal regulation of palliative medical care in the Sverdlovsk region and ways to overcome them

The article considers the current problems of organizational and legal regulation of palliative medical care in the Sverdlovsk region, identified during the analysis of the regulatory framework and assessment of the effectiveness of its practical application. The author defined the goal to study the current state and trends in the development of the organizational and legal regulation of palliative care in the Sverdlovsk region and set the task to improve the organizational and legal regulation of palliative care in the region by solving the identified problems.
