Problems of the incident site inspection on murder cases

The article considers some reasons of the murder criminal cases termination, including associated with the change of testimony of the criminal process participants. The author substantiates the necessity for the independent proof use as much as possible and providing their safety until the investigation conclusion and judicial inquiry of the criminal case.
