The failure of budgetary investments to objects of state property

The articles considers the failure of budgetary investments in some cases after 2 October 2017. The budget provides funding for budgetary investments to objects of state property. However some recipients of federal funds haven’t made budgetary commitments on its appointed date. This had led to the situation of withdrawal of budgetary ceilings by the Federal Treasury.
