Problems of export control in the Russian Federation

Currently, there are still cases of violations by Russian participants in foreign economic activity of mandatory requirements in the field of export control, which confirms the need to improve the prevention of violations of mandatory requirements and the implementation of control measures in order to prevent future violations of national interests and international obligations. The article summarizes the activities of the Federal service for technical and export control of Russia in the performance of its main functions, analyzes the main problems of export control carried out in the Russian Federation, and presents the main directions for the development of export control in the Russian Federation.
