Problems of realization of mergers and acquisitions deals: prospects of attracting funds for M&A deals at the captal market

This article describes main problems that are arising during the M&A realization process in Russia, in particular, problems related to information asymmetry, imperfections in Russian legislation in the sphere of M&A transactions, increased government regulation and geopolitical uncertainty, as well as problems associated with the fund attraction for such deals. The article also includes the analysis of various methods of attracting funds and the possibility of their use in the Russian market.
