Problems of an “open” digital society: social and philosophical analysis

The article attempts to analyze the problems of modern digital society in the context of the socio-philosophical concepts of an “open society” (A. Bergson, K. Popper). The author examines the features of the digitalization process in the social sphere and indicates the key features of the digital society as an “open” social order. The article also examines the factors that impede the further democratization of the digital social order, formulating a conclusion about the need to develop critical thinking skills within the modern digital environment to maintain its open nature.
