Problems of moving through the EAEU border of goods containing intellectual property

This article focuses on the problems that arise in the process of moving goods containing an object of intellectual property across the border of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter - the EAEU, the Union). Considered the legal framework that regulates the movement of this type of goods. And also a list of goods that are most often counterfeit has been determined. Particular attention is paid to measures to prevent the identified problems.
