Problems of review of judicial acts of the arbitration court in a bankruptcy case

This article discusses the current problems that arise in the implementation of arbitration proceedings in bankruptcy cases. A detailed analysis of the norms of the APC RF and specific rules concerning insolvency (bankruptcy), are examples of interaction of these rules in the judicial process. The subject structure of participants in the insolvency (bankruptcy) case is investigated, and the analysis of procedures that contribute to the restoration of the debtor's solvency is carried out.
