Oncoepidemiological aspects of primary-multiple malignant tumors were studied in stage I-III breast cancer patients treated at Rostov CRI in 1999. Of the 382 patients, 40 (10,5 %) had primary-multiple malignant tumors, 80,0 % of cases had metachronic cancer. The maximum number of tumors was registered within the first 5 years (77,8 %). Stage I and IIA breast cancer was the most common in patients with metachronic tumors. According to histological verification, infiltrating ductal breast carcinoma was observed in 76,7 % of cases and lobular carcinoma in 6,8 % of cases. There were 60 % of women with primary multiple breast cancer in menopausal age. Among women with primary-multiple tumors, rural population was predominant (60 %). Life-long medical survey of breast cancer patients is necessary.
