Problems of training personnel for innovation development of economy

The article discusses the main challenges of training, hindering the development of innovative economy in Russia. These problems relate primarily to the sharp behind-level training on the needs of modern production. A significant number of institutions involved in the preparation ofpersonnel, can not contribute to the creation of an innovative, competitive economy.
