Problems of training builders in production in 1946-1970

The article explains the need for occupational technical training of workers in the construction trusts; it shows the difficulties of this process, the growth of the scale, changes in forms of stuff training, it reveals the influence of scientific-technological progress in the construction industry on the quality of training new workers, the influence of teachers and trainers groups of the industrial training on improving the educational materials.
