Problems of political and social adaptation of Crimeans to life in the Russian Federation

The article deals with the complex issues of implementation of the state migration policy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol federal city. Federal Constitutional law of 21.03.2014 N 6-ФКЗ (ed. of 23.06.2016) «Оn the adoption of Republic of Crimea by the Russian Federation and the formation of new subjects of the Russian Federation - Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol federal city» legitimated civil revolutionary and historical process of occurrence of Crimea into the structure of the Russian Federation. In this context, the task of the theoretical and practical study of the prospects for political and social adaptation of the Crimea and Crimeans integration in the state, economic and socio-cultural space of Russia becomes actual. Within the article, the author analyzes mechanism of creating enabling international and domestic financial conditions of socio-economic development of the macro-region, social policy as a factor in adaptation of Crimeans and specificity of regulation of inter-ethnic relations in Crimea. The article considers the specifics of the regulation of inter-ethnic relations in Crimea, aftershocks of the deportation of the peoples of the Crimea and political repression and the potential of optimization and correlation of the activity of executive authorities of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol federal city with the legislation of the RF.
