Problems of obtaining by sports facilities of the right to be called as "Olympic"

In article the characteristic of reforms on cases in point of the budgetary money connected with economy and cut in expenditure in branch of sport, and also by change of criteria of differentiation in area for such sports facilities as sports school of the Olympic reserve, school of a sports reserve, the center of the Olympic preparation is given. The requirements of an order directed to the solution of a question of granting to sports school the right to use the word "Olympic" in the name are defined. Change of a salary of work of the trainer in the sports facility using the word "Olympic" which assumes an extra charge to the salary.
