This article discusses the problems of improving the effectiveness of the pedagogical activity of a sports referee in the Kyrgyz national wrestling kuresh (SBK). At certain stages of the professional development of a judge, the multifaceted aspects of judicial activity, related to theoretical knowledge and practical skills, become more or less significant for success. In this regard, it is noted that the professional activity of a judge depends on a number of driving forces directly related to theoretical, psychological, physical, moral, ethical, technical and tactical training. The problems of the theoretical and methodological level are revealed, which make it difficult to improve the quality of training of sports judges in wrestling kuresh. It is determined that at present, in order to satisfy the educational program, to improve the professional level of sports referees in wrestling, kuresh, they resort to primitive short-term courses and one-time seminars. Of particular importance for the successful implementation of professional activities are moral manifestations of character traits - a sense of duty about responsibility to society, sports honor, discipline and patriotism, orientation of activities towards the development of Kyrgyz sports. The success of professional activity depends on the manifestations of the judge’s psycho-emotional stability. The referee’s experience of success and success often manifests itself in the form of emotional tension, anger, enthusiasm, joy, emotional breakdowns, etc. In the process of refereeing, these experiences manifest themselves in the form of specific emotions - sports anger, sports enthusiasm, sports excitement.
