To question of food quality in the system of the Russian AIC

The purpose of the research topic was the need to determine the main legitimate reasons for the decline in the natural quality of agricultural products in the Russian agricultural system and distribution networks. The methods that were used and applied in the process of analyzing this problem: include the comparison method, the deduction method, the method of combining historical and logical, as well as methods of modeling the situation. As a result of the study, the authors made an attempt to determine not only the reasons (prerequisites and factors), but also to draw conclusions about the shortcomings of the subsidized mechanism for state financing of the agricultural sector. The scientific novelty of the article boils down primarily to the fact that for the first time the authors tried to scientifically substantiate the concept that agricultural sectors should be expressed in the non-market sector of a mixed economy and therefore cannot work on the principle of self-sufficiency.
