Problems of and directions in enhancing the living conditions of the Vologda residents

The article presents the results of the monitoring of the Vologda residents’ living conditions. It identifies the main problems, reducing the comfort of living in different areas of Vologda as the regional centre, and it evaluates the efficiency of their resolving by the local authorities. The article defines directions and proposes certain recommendations to the City Administration, the implementation of which will improve living conditions and enhance the quality of life of the Vologda population.
