At the moment, the problems of increasing the competitiveness of companies in the field of transport are very acute. Without competitive enterprises, it is impossible to correctly build a strategy for the development of all sectors of the economy. This article deals with the problem of increasing the competitiveness of transport enterprises, including the example of JSC "Russian Railways". Attention is also paid to the problems of innovative development of railway transport.
