Problems of increasing enterprise profitability under conditions of diversification of production

The article is devoted to the problems of increasing the profitability of an enterprise in the conditions of production diversification. As part of reducing the risks of an enterprise in an uncertain environment, it is proposed to apply production diversification, which is one of the factors for increasing the profitability of the enterprise. In the course of the analysis, the key problems of increasing the profitability of the enterprise that arise in the process of production diversification were studied. As a result of the research, the concept of production diversification was defined and the need for its application was justified.
