In article the analysis of a regulation of a criminal liability for deliberate infection with venereal illness / of a HIV-infection is presented. Problems of interpretation and application corresponding kriminalisasi signs are considered. Some recommendations about perfection operating legislative and application approach in investigated area are as a result offered.
